Memories fade.
Stories don’t have to.
Even if you’ve never touched a microphone or editing software,
at the end, you can make a beautifully produced audio story.
You bring your voice. Lorka brings the magic.
Ever tried to interview grandma - and then lost the tape?
Or maybe you wanted to create an audio documentary about your family history, even got some interviews done, but didn’t know how to put it together.
…maybe your voicemail is forever full because you just cannot bring yourself to delete the voicemails from your young kids. And it’s been 10 years now, but you still have this fantasy that one day you will take the time and do something with them, but yeah…
…maybe someone you love passed away, and you wanted to collect memories about them from all the friends and family, but it felt like such an enormous and heavy task.
And then, on top of it, do I need a microphone? Where do I record? How do I edit all of it?
Too much work. And life moved on…
Lorka flips the script.
You don’t need gear. You don’t need a plan.
You just start a project, and we guide you.
You invite contributors, and we help them tell the story with you, with thoughtful questions and gentle nudges.
Lorka talks to you. It listens. It makes you dig in.
It finds the magic and turns your voices into a polished audio story.
All you need is a story.
an idea for a story

Voices get lost.
Lorka helps you keep them.
How does it work?
1. You start a project
What story do you want to create? What’s the occasion? Is it a birthday gift, a tribute, a memory you want to save?
2. You invite contributors
Send a link to friends and family. They don’t need a subscription - just their voice.
3. Lorka collects all the stories
Lorka interviews each person whenever it’s convenient at the pace that works for them.
It asks them questions to tell the story that you set up.
5. You get a story
You get a rich, well-produced, emotional audio piece ready to be enjoyed, shared, or presented as a gift.
4. Magic happens
Lorka finds the golden moments in the collected conversations and puts it together, first into a script and then into an edited piece, accompanied with music and sound effects.
